PERSONALITY PROFILES
The personality profile system helps you work with your brain chemistry to better understand your unique motivations, triggers, and cravings. In doing so, you will be better able to select the correct nutrition, training, and lifestyle factors to maximize your results while enjoying the process.
Your personality profile, or neurotype, allows you to determine your neurotransmitter dominance, as your personality is largely determined by your brain chemistry.
Simply put, your neurotransmitters are your body’s chemical messengers and contribute to essentially every bodily function.
Heart rate, breathing, sleep cycles, digestion, mood, concentration, appetite, and muscle movement are all examples of functions that neurotransmitters regulate.
By working with your specific personality type, you are able to truly individualize your nutrition, training, and lifestyle.
The system includes five types: 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, and 3.
While you will only have one dominant type, understanding your secondary type(s) is important as well, as they contribute to the full picture of your personality type.
