What is the 3 Run Club?

A monthly group coaching program for runners who want to train smarter, feel better, and get faster, without living in their running shoes.

This idea began as a plan for myself. I wanted to incorporate running with lifting weights, CrossFit, and still enjoy my life outside of training... but not give up hitting PRs.

As I found more people who desired the same, the idea expanded to what it is today.
